Handling Time 💌
Every jar is put together for the style you choose, so please allow up to
8 weeks from the day you order until it reaches you. Most arrive sooner.
You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

If Something Goes Wrong ✨
If your jar has not arrived within 8 weeks, email me at luna@thejewelryjar.com
and I will either send a replacement or refund you in full. Same if it arrives
damaged or if something is missing. Please come to me first, I would much
rather sort it out with you directly.

Customs Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees
set by your local authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
